This is a recent book, published after 1923, so it is protected by copyright. Unless the author means it somewhere online for free, you're probably out of luck.
Websites to digitize the books of the duty-free and made available without payment to the author, are inconsiderate to the author, is illegal. You do not want that to happen to his book.
