Pictures Of Before And After Physical Therapy What Is The Next Step In Cureing My Patella Femoral Syndrome/a Good Knee Brace For This?

What is the next step in cureing my patella femoral syndrome/a good knee brace for this? - pictures of before and after physical therapy

I am a woman of 14 years and a very active dancer competative. I have severe patella femoral syndrome in both knees and really stops the dance. I wear knee pads when I dance, and I have physical therapy for 3 months. My PT said that my knee is now a better monitoring and control of knees were much better, but the pain has not disappeared. But there is nothing to do physical therapy for me is, so I stopped. What's next? I need these to the pain that stopped me back? What can I do? Surgery? just to live? Excersize safe? There is also a key knee, help with pain during the dance could be? I do not want to spend up to $ 150 each, in some, such as the PTO race is not normal that I can use?

PS I take strong medication for pain before you have a lot of dancing too.
Please enter sites or images of knee braces, too!

He had the syndrome of the head of the femur, patella, when I was your age. I got my first full year of volleyball. I wore a corset, and the rest is PT. When I tried to practice again, the pain is still there. Finally, I tried to just practice and use disappeared, the pain. I do not know how bad yours, but first I want to go see a sports doctor and sure to get an MRI on that nothing is broken (and that's what I did). Knee injuries are very serious, and if you can not worry if you are young, you have problems with age worse. That lasted a whole year to ensure that prior to the implementation healed. Take your time with him, or you can use her dance career ended prematurely end, but we know that the recovery process is painful.
